{"id":2849,"date":"2015-06-11T14:39:20","date_gmt":"2015-06-11T14:39:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isabelbarrosarchitects.ie\/blog\/?p=2849"},"modified":"2017-10-17T11:21:50","modified_gmt":"2017-10-17T11:21:50","slug":"brandon-house-hotel-returns-to-its-full-glory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/isabelbarrosarchitects.ie\/blog\/brandon-house-hotel-returns-to-its-full-glory\/","title":{"rendered":"Brandon House Hotel Returns to its Full Glory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are delighted to see the completion of Phase 2 of the Conservation and Repair Works at the Brandon House Hotel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The original building of the Brandon House Hotel is a Protected Structure built between 1841-1874 and located in New Ross, Co. Wexford, Ireland. The property has been maintained reasonably well but many inadequate repairs have failed to resolve the problems.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The project involved the preparation of condition and recommendations reports, followed by specifications and contract administration. The works were carried out in 2 Phases. <a href=\"http:\/\/isabelbarrosarchitects.ie\/blog\/phase-1-at-brandon-house-hotel-nears-completion\/\" target=\"_blank\">Phase 1<\/a> involved work to two chimneys and it was carried out by\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/protum.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\">Protum<\/a><\/span>.
