This package includes the working drawings as part of the pre-construction stage. This set of drawings, paired with the finish specifications, make up the final documents needed to get accurate quotations from general contractors and also to be able to construct the project.
isabel barros architects will also inspect the project during construction stage to monitor the quality and progress of the works.

- Prepare the building contract where appropriate.
- Conduct meetings with the contractor/s to review progress.
- Provide production information as required by the building contractor/s.
- Inspect project during construction stage and prepare snag list (where appropriate).
