Ballybrit Office Development

This proposed three-storey mixed-use development in Ballybrit, Galway, was designed to accommodate modern office space, retail units, a restaurant, and underground car parking. The scheme was conceived to create a vibrant commercial hub while responding thoughtfully to its context.

The design was developed while working in association with Seán Dockry and Associates, using a contemporary architectural language that balances functionality and visual presence.
