A Snag List outlines any faults, defects, problems, unfinished work, etc. which needs to be addressed by your builder in order to complete your house.
It is basically a detailed inventory itemising incomplete or poorly constructed work and any breaches in Building Regulations observed. Snag lists are normally undertaken when the client has been notified by the builder that their property is fully complete. All the building and exterior works are inspected from top to bottom, the snag list is then produced and sent to your builder that is responsible to correct all the snags observed.
